5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are issued in accordance with our return and refund policy.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you experience a problem, we invite you to contact us first.
6. Fraud Prevention
Dolce-Paris reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
